A neolab for ambitious teams

The Zeton hero: dithered mountains under a blue sky, an orange 3D asterisk, and the card reading AI built for how you work.

Case study · 2026

AI built for how you work. Zeton designs agentic workflows and fine-tunes models around a team's people, processes and expertise.

What we did

  • Brand identity
  • Website and journal
  • 3D objects
  • Dithered scenery
  • Booking page

Long story short

Granite Labs built Zeton's brand and website: the type system, the dithered 3D objects, the scenery, the journal and the booking page.

Highlights

  • One weight for every heading
  • One orange, for the second phrase
  • One dithered finish on every object
  • Still objects under reduced motion

Ambitious teams putting AI into their own work

The challenge

From pilot to production

Zeton sells careful, specialised AI work to teams who have already seen a lot of demos. The site had to feel calm and concrete, and explain agentic workflows, fine-tuning and RAG without a single glowing brain.

It also had to stay light on the page: one typeface, one accent, and 3D objects that load quickly and hold still when asked.

The approach

One weight, one orange, one finish

We set a short list of fixed decisions. Instrument Sans at 600 for every heading. Gate Orange for the second phrase and the action, nothing else. One dithered finish for every 3D object.

Sky, navy, green and amber live in imagery and night surfaces, never in type. The list was written once on the brand board, synced to code as tokens, and checked before anything ships.

The build

Next.js and three.js

The site runs on Next.js with React Three Fiber. Every object is modelled in Blender, shares one dithered finish, and turns once every 40 seconds.

Visitors can drag an object on its Y axis, and under reduced motion it holds still. Booking runs through a Cal.com embed, and PostHog shows what gets read.
